Returns & Exchanges

• Hair Care Products: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of hair oils, moisturizers, and gels are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

• Resin Art: Each resin piece is unique and handmade. We only offer returns or exchanges on resin items if they arrive damaged during transit.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [Insert Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

3. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within [12–24] hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel the transaction.
